1. Online Applications
When you click on the online applications section on the website, you’ll be taken to a separate link, and a new window will appear with a screen showing this:
On this page, you can submit your new application. This is the page where fresh students who want to enroll in AIOU can create an account.
2. In-Process Applications
You can navigate to this section if you have already submitted your application but your application is still pending and in the process of completion. When you click on this section, the page will show a dashboard like this:
You’ll see the Degree Tracking ID or the Roll Number entry box, which will be issued to you once you complete the online application using the above method.
3. Incomplete / Returned Applications
This is the section in which the applications that have not fulfilled the proper requirements are present. Sometimes, students may skip essential documents unknowingly, resulting in incomplete or returned applications upon review.
In such cases, students must ensure all necessary documents are included and resubmit their applications. If you find yourself in this situation, simply login to your AIOU student account and navigate to the designated section.
Here, you can check the status of your admission/application. Upon accessing the page, you will be prompted to enter your Roll Number for a search. The system will then display your application status shortly after that.

Before visiting the post office, ensure that you have received a text message from the university similar to this:
Dear Student, Your PC/Degree has been Dispatched at your given address” if not delivered to you, then you can concern your Post Courier/Office or TCS Centre.

The verification fees for an AIOU degree can vary depending on how fast you want your verification to be done.
Normal AIOU Degree Verification Fees
The standard fee for AIOU degree verification is PKR 600, and the typical processing time for regular verification is 5 to 6 weeks.
Urgent AIOU Degree Verification Fee
AIOU usually charges Rs 1000 for urgent base degree verification, which takes 2 to 3 weeks to process.

How to Complaint About No Status Update of Degree in AIOU DTS
If your degree status is not displayed on the AIOU DTS portal, you have the option to file a complaint with the university. You can use the following steps to complaint to AIOU University administration.
- Write a formal complaint addressed to the Chairman or Examination Department of AIOU Pakistan.
- Collect and provide all necessary supporting documents to validate your complaint and show the glitch in their portal.
- Obtain the university’s postal address to mail the letter or retrieve the official email address from the AIOU official website for electronic submission.
- Send out the complaint letter.
- Allow a 2-3 working day period for a response. If no reply is received within this timeframe, proceed with a professional follow-up.
